Position: Operations Manager, Full Time
Working Location: Canadian Ginseng Farm Distribution Center, 1675 The Chase, Unit 13, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada L5M 5Y7
Key Responsibilities:
- Product preparation and inventory maintenance;
- Customer order filling and customer service;
- Marketing and promotion for continuous market share growth.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. French and Vietnamese will be plus;
- Always customer first;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and social media applications for marketing;
- Attention to details, passion for perfection;
- Strong curiosity and love to learn new skills and new tools;
- Multi-tasking when needed and flexible for business fluctuations due to seasonality;
- Strong data sense and logical/critical thinking;
- Strong leadership for the success of the whole team;
- Experience in heath food or ecommerce will be a key asset.
